WHAT IS BALL STATE GYMNASTICS CLUB?
Ball State Gymnastics Club is a recreational and competitive co-ed club open to all Ball State students. Our club is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Gymnastics Clubs (NAIGC), which allows us to compete with other clubs in Indiana and around the midwest. Look no further than our club for a fun-filled, inclusive, and exciting experience learning a variety of gymnastics skills. |

WHEN & WHERE DOES GYMNASTICS CLUB MEET?
Ball State gymnastics club practices 2-3 days a week at Cole Academy of Dance Gymnastics and Cheer, located at 4801 W. Woods Edge Ln, Muncie, IN, 47304.
Our Fall 2023 practice schedule: Monday 8:00-9:30pm Wednesday 3:00-4:30pm Friday 3:00-4:30pm |
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL PRACTICE LOOK LIKE?
The first 20 minutes of practice includes a group warm up, stretching and basic skills on floor. Practice is then split into groups to work on skills and drills for all gymnastics events. Feel free to join a group on an event or work independently!
The last 20 minutes of practice includes conditioning, group cool down stretch, daily club announcements from executive board members, and a break down to end practice. We also incorporate games, theme nights, and unique conditioning activities into practice throughout the year! |
HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?
How to get involved? Simply show up to your first practice ready to learn and have fun! Pay the full time membership fee to access additional club benefits, or pay a drop in fee whenever you would like to stop by practice.
